This year has been a challenging year for so many and we have been grateful to have been able to work with all of our clients and business partners, both established and new, and to support our clients through some difficult times.
We have also been delighted to welcome two new members to the team here at JMA. Simona Hamblet and Jennifer Nicol, both highly experienced employment lawyers, joined us during 2020. They both have a keen interest in wellbeing and mental health in the workplace and are qualified Mental Health First Aiders. Simona is also an accomplished coach and mentor and Jennifer has recently become one of the first lawyers to have completed the Chartered Management Institute accredited training on leading Equality & Diversity.
We are also currently working on a new service offering for our clients that will focus on occupational wellbeing and mental health and we look forward to launching this in 2021. More details to follow…!
But first, like many of you, we are all looking forward to the Christmas break and to returning fully rested to what we all hope may in time be the start of a new Covid-19 free era.
