HR & Employment Health Checks

  • Performance & People Management
    We review how disciplinary, grievance, capability and exit processes are managed to ensure they are fair, consistent and follow legal best practice.
  • Pay & Benefits
    Whilst we do not offer benchmarking for salary and benefits, we can put you in touch with experts in this area. We can also introduce you to advisers who can help you review your benefit offering to see if you could be sourcing this more cost effectively.
  • HR Systems & Record-Keeping
    We can guide you on the legal aspects of HR record keeping so that you are complying with current data protection legislation.
