Employers Abroad

We regularly work with businesses whose HQ may be based abroad but employ staff in the UK, on a temporary or permanent basis, and do not necessarily have the knowledge and expertise necessary to deal with the UK HR, employment law and immigration issues that arise from time to time.

We can help these businesses to set up and maintain robust HR practices, including ensuring compliance with all immigration requirements; drafting and advising on contracts of employment and HR policies; training management; and devising documentation for new staff inductions and ongoing appraisal.

We can also continue to work with these businesses on a day-to-day basis, providing support on all HR and employment matters, including reorganisations and redundancies, poor performance, grievances and disciplinaries.
