Design and implementation of HR policies and procedures – whatever the size of your business we can help at every stage of providing HR services. This could be from establishing a brand new HR function or a review of your existing provisions. We can suggest the design and implementation of HR systems, policies and procedures.

Recruitment and selection – if you want to be thorough in your recruitment and selection we can provide aptitude assessment for your candidates. Feedback reports can be provided to line managers and candidates highlighting areas of talent and motive. The reports are also useful for on-going personal and professional development discussions.

Bringing on board new employees – when it comes to new hire it is vital they are welcomed to their new company promptly and comprehensively. We can design and implement new hire induction/on-boarding processes to ensure new employees are quickly up to speed with their new organisation and start to feel at home.

Talent management and performance management – we can design and implement talent management and performance management processes including coaching and training for new managers and process awareness programmes for new employees. We can assist with performance appraisal systems and how to deal with performance related issues.

Coaching – when it comes to difficult and awkward employment issues we can offer expert advice to coach managers through the process and guide them where necessary.

Disciplinary and grievance hearings – we can chair disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings on behalf of the employer ensuring up to date and accurate legislation and guidelines are adhered to.

Re-organisation & restructuring, staff/trade union negotiations – we can help you look at your organisation when thinking of re-organising and restructuring and can assist in cases of negotiation between with employees and/or trade union representatives.

Assistance with TUPE transfers – we can also manage due diligence processes and conduct employee consultation meetings in connection with TUPE transfers.

HR audits – we will talk you through your HR and employment law requirements with the aim of minimising your exposure to time consuming and costly workplace issues and Employment Tribunal claims.
